Paul Grady, LCSW

Paul has a master’s degree in Social Work and has been providing counseling to individuals, couples families and groups for over 30 years at Ozaukee County as an outpatient therapist. Paul has served adults and children with various mental health and cognitive challenges over these years. He has a passion for teaching skills to parents and teens using the Marsha Linnehan and Alec Miller/Jill Rathus DBT skills curriculum.

After retiring from county service Paul is excited to work with Harrigan to take his skills out of the office and into the community to help individuals and families become more effective in managing relationships and emotions so they can achieve their goals and live the life they want to live.
