Kathy Schmitz

Kathy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Social Work. She had worked at the Department of Human Services in Ozaukee County as a case manager for persons with Developmental Disabilities and in the ADRC as the Transition Specialist assisting youth and families to access the services that they are eligible for.

After retiring from her county position Kathy is thrilled to part of Harrigan Development Services. She is passionate about helping people with Disabilities achieve their dreams and goals.
