Jennifer Fazio, LCSW

Jennifer earned her Masters Degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has over 25 years of experience working with children, families, individuals, adolescents and adults.

Jennifer has experience working with county systems in the areas of child protection, foster care, Juvenile justice and mental health. Jennifer has worked collaboratively with community providers, schools, court systems and families. She enjoys and empowering individuals to meet their goals and advocate for themselves.
