Harrigan Development Services provides vocational consulting to individuals transitioning from school to work and those who are re-entering the workforce. HDS has a team of job developers and job coaches whose experience and expertise primarily center on helping clients with varying disabilities and employment needs. Whether assisting with the development of internships or permanent employment sites, the HDS team prides itself in finding innovative and creative ways to help individuals with the job search process.

What We Do
Aside from our vocational services we have a clinical supportive services component serving young adults with developmental disabilities between the ages of 18-30 and their families.
We identify individual supports using a supportive service plan and bring those supports and resources to our clients through community engagement and social interventions.
We also have a college outreach program that takes this same clinical model to a college or post-secondary setting for students with developmental disabilities struggling with social isolation and help them tap into social outlets and resources within their college program.
