Services We Offer

Harrigan Development Services provides both vocational and supportive services to individuals with disabilities.

Our Supportive Services programing includes our Individual Support Services in which clients and families work one-on-one with an advanced practice social worker to help develop an individualized support plan focused on increasing safety, engaging in social activities, and exploring supports within their community. Our COMPASS Peer Groups are for young adults with Autism or developmental disabilities ages 17-30 with a focus on creating environments that promote friendships along with practicing social and independent living skills. If you are interested in participating or have a referral for our group please call Andy Harrigan at (262) 347-3711 to set up an eligibility screen!

HDS has a team of job developers and job coaches whose experience and expertise center around helping clients with varying disabilities and employment needs. Whether assisting with the development of internships or permanent employment sites, the HDS team prides itself in finding innovative and creative ways to help individuals with the job search process. 

Harrigan Development Services also assists businesses to fulfill their diverse labor needs with pre-evaluated and job-ready candidates. Employers who seek out HDS are typically interested in finding qualified interns or permanent employees.

MEQUON — Harrigan Development Services said thank you to area employers who have opened their doors to HDS clients with a breakfast Oct. 23 at Crossroads Presbyterian Church.

The company’s vocational services program works with individuals transitioning from school to work and those who are re-entering the workforce. Job developers and coaches utilize experience and expertise that center around helping clients with varying disabilities and employment needs.

HDS also assists businesses to fulfill their diverse labor needs with pre-evaluated and job-ready candidates. Employers who seek out HDS are typically interested in finding qualified interns or permanent employees. Guest speaker Brandon Novak, one of the company’s clients, was placed at Harley Davidson Motor Company. “They not only gave Brandon an opportunity but also have been phenomenal mentors in his life. Harley was very supportive of our mission and a great organization to work with,” said Andrew Harrigan, the company’s president. “Brandon, a cancer survivor, is a great example of someone who faced enormous challenges, but proved to Harley than he can be an incredible asset to their team.”
