Harrigan Development Services is a great company to work with. From the beginning, they have had top notch communication and service. Over the course of the last few months, I have become very familiar with Harrigan Development Service and I have to say that they provide one of the most unique services I’ve ever heard of. Working with clients with a range of disabilities, they really do a great job of placing the right client with the right company & opportunity. Also, they provide the training and equipment necessary for each of their clients to succeed in their roles.

Since Zack has started with us, he’s been a great person to have on the team. Not only does having him around prove to be a positive influence on our employees and company, but the work he does on a daily basis is very beneficial towards Rite Hite’s recruiting & internship programs. This all could not have been done without the expertise of Harrigan Development Services and its employees. I would recommend them to anyone!

Harrigan Developmental Services has been an outstanding partner to the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music by providing hands-on oversight to make the experience of their intern remarkably positive for both the business and the intern!

We have worked with Harrigan Development for about 2 years now, after switching from another company. It was the best change we could have made for our son. Less than three weeks after making the switch, our son was already in his first work trial. His job coach is amazing! It was so nice knowing we had people working with our son who genuinely cared about him and wanted to see him succeed. After two 12 week job trials he was offered a position and has been working with them ever since. It is so heartwarming, as a parent, to see him loving a job and feeling successful. He couldn’t have done it without Andy’s team of amazing employees. We are so glad to be associated with such an awesome company.

Harrigan Development Services has provided our son with a variety of opportunities to become more involved in the community and to improve his self-confidence. We have utilized vocational, Compass Peers, individual support, and mentoring services. I think what sets HDS apart from other providers is Andy and his staff’s empathy for what can be a difficult process to navigate. I feel confident that our son is receiving the best services possible from Harrigan Development Services.
